I can’t quite figure out how to set the sensitivity on my second wii remote, the first one works fine, but the new one needs to be adjusted.

Well, I redeemed some wii points on a credit card, then I guess I wanted some more, so I got some more, but then it said something like “This isn’t the same credit card that the Wii has registered.” Well, is there a way to like delete it or something? I try this on red steel and the 4 blue lights flash and go out. I cannot play multiplayer on Red Steel or Dragonball Z because I cannot turn on the second remote. In red steel multiplayer it says to select number of players and there is nothing to select. Does anyone know how to fix this? Even when it is on from wii sports if I change games, the second contoller turns off. The batteries are not dead, They have fun strength. The second one I put the batteries in and the lights didn’t turn on or anything. I tried new batteries and everything but it didn’t help. I exchanged it for a new on. It does the same thing. I pushed that little red button inside the battery cover and all four lights blink for a while then nothing. How do I get it working? I doubt I got two bad paddles. I can play multiplayer with a friend if 1 of us uses the wiimote and 1 uses the nunchuck attached to the first player wiimote, but I can’t get a second wiimote to work, I have tried everything that I know, but I still can’t get it to connect.
