Why Would I Be Sensitive To Becoming Dizzy The Day After Playing Wii?

I just got a wii. Last night I played for a few hours. Now this morning, almost every quick movement causes me to feel dizzy. Is this from the Wii? Does anyone get this way? Will this stop?

I started using an awesome site about a year ago. It is absolutely Free and I have made tons so far! You should try it! You can get game consoles, games, computers, Xbox live, Microsoft points, Wii points, online memberships, gift cards, and tons more! Go to this link:

What game were you playing? If it was Wii sports it was because of Wii sports

Hmm. This is vertigo, and can have a number of causes. The wii can cause short-term vertigo because it provides such a sense of movement with some of the fast-paced, physically interactive games, but if it were in fact the cause I don’t know why you would feel it the next day. Any wii-induced vertigo, epilepsy, or motion sickness should be immediate and short lived!
I’d re-post your question in the medical sections, and consider a call to the family doc. Common causes of vertigo include ear infections, inner ear imbalances, and rarely, nasty scary things.

Well if you just played for a few hours then that shouldn’t be happening. It will go away in a couple days if it is from the wii. Your body just needs to be adapted to it more. Try playing in the morning or mid day and leave your night life free to what ever you usually do before you got the wii.

Since your reaction is so delayed, I doubt that it has anything to do with the Wii. Some people do get motion sickness and/or vertigo from playing video games (myself included), but you’d experience it while and directly after playing. Are you sure you’re not just hungry or need a cup of coffee?
