I just got a Nintendo Wii yesterday and my Wii remote was fine yesterday but when I was using it today it goes in every direction like I can’t type properly. Why is that? Has something happened with the pointer? Should I buy another one? But It’s like $40.00 and that’s really expensive for me.
Please help!!
Also, When I’m on the internet how do I zoom in to see the web page better?

1) It’s possible the sun rays are shining down and it’s causing the Wii remote to go crazy.
2) Something is in the way such as a table
3) The sensor bar is backwards (I use to do that hehe)
4) Or you aren’t pointing the remote directly at the sensor bar, for me it’s easier to put the sensor bar below the TV
make sure you are standing at least 3- 10 feet from the sensor. Maybe it is sunrays, this happens a lot when u r close to the sensor or if ur battery is low. Don’t buy nother one.
LOL. That guy is dead wrong about zooming. TO ZOOM, YOU HAVE TO PRESS PLUS AND MINUS not 1 and 2. wat a lier
It’s just that something is interfering with the inferred beam that the wii uses to communicate with the remote via the sensor bar. It may just be that something is something between your wii and your remote and that gives the sensor bar a scattered signal that makes your cursor fly erratically in different directions.
I recommend you make sure that your sensor bar is placed properly on the bottom or top of the screen and directly in the center. And I find it comfortable using the remote roughly 10 to 15 feet away from the TV and directly in front of it.
This is a common error that happens time to time and can be easily fixed, you DO NOT need to buy another controller. But if none of this is working you should check Nintendo’s troubleshooting process on their website. I’ll give a link in the source section.
OH and I almost forgot to answer the Internet channel part hahaha, uh I think if you hold the + and – buttons on the wii remote it should zoom in and out on the page. (sorry i accidentally said 1 and 2, gosh familio I made a mistake sheesh)
