    There is no difference! :-)
    (I am surprised the Intec version costs more, since proprietary Nintendo accessories are almost always more expensive, but that is a separate issue.)
    Bottom line, the LAN adapter gets you connected to broadband internet via a modem or router. So, unless the components are shoddy, they both perform identical operations. You should go for the better deal.
    Another solid option is picking up a cheap wireless router or modem. The Wii already has built-in wireless internet capability and will connect to the router with a simple username and password.
