that is a smart car you can now buy them in the usa the smart cars are gradually coming to the usa with more models other ones similar are the scions and mini coopers they are about the same size
It is called the Smart Fortwo.
And there are many cars like that, but only sold in China, Europe, Japan, and India.
The Smart Fortwo is the only car that small with that style in North America.
