Ok, me & my sister share a computer, its internet service is DSL, but the computer is 6 going to 7 years old. She is worried that something bad is going to happen to the computer. She won’t let me install the internet to the Wii(Wired or Wireless). May someone please give me some info.on how something bad might happen to the computer or the Wii?

Your Wii hooked up to a wired or wireless router and connecting to the internet is only able to browse to websites.
The Wii cannot download internet information or stored it in any way.
As a result, there is absolutely ZERO chance that the PC also connected will get infested with malware or viruses due to your Wii.
By the way, some of the channels and multiplayer online games with the Wii are a blast.
i have a router installed and i can tell that you are risking nothing by installing internet because the router uses a direct link to your internet connection so it does nothing to your computer. If your computer fails because of its age (not cause of wii) nothing will happen to wii and it will just not find the router since your computers not there no more.
nothing will happen to the Wii if you download the Wii internet.
there are some glitches that’s about it. and you shouldn’t be going to sites you shouldn’t.
